The Gilchrist Educational Foundation supports Christian education in North Brevard County, Florida, by raising funds for scholarship assistance and facilities improvements.
Since 2003 we have provided approximately $70,000 in need-based scholarships to families, as well as almost $19,000 to Christian schools for facilities upgrades.
Named in memory of Bob and Peggy Gilchrist, lifelong educators and servants of Christ, GEF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by an all-volunteer board of directors. All contributions to GEF are tax-deductible and may be mailed to PO Box 1769, Titusville, FL 32781.
We host two primary fundraisers each year, the Light the Way 5K race in January and a gala in the spring.
We welcome your participation. You may attend our annual gala, run or walk in the Light the Way 5K, volunteer for a committee, join the board of directors, support GEF financially, or pray for our organization.
